Corporate Finance M&A Director / Assistant Director, Leeds

PS Resourcing is acting on behalf of a highly successful corporate finance house with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions and employing the highest calibre corporate finance professionals in the market.

Due to continual growth they are looking to hire an advisor who has the ability to run transactions on an autonomous basis. You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, valuations and general strategic advice.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background (strong A Levels, 2:1 degree, ACA qualified with first time passes), more than likely have trained with an international accountancy firm and will be a confident communicator. Candidates must have circa 5 to 7 years Corporate Finance M&A experience.
