Transaction Services Executive

Outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified ACA to join one of the most successful corporate finance departments in recent years in Leeds. The Transaction Services team is now looking to recruit a newly / recently qualified ACA with a strong academic background. The role will involve working closely with the Managers and Partners on a variety of transaction support assignments either in the office or at clients' premises. The Partners of the firm tend to take a fairly hands-on approach and encourage flat reporting structures. Corporate Finance experience not necessary but must demonstrate relevant analytical, commercial and business appraisal skills.
